Year 2 parents visit this morning - Wednesday 19th October

Year 2 parents attended school today to learn about buggies and how they are made. The pupils talked through the buggy making process and demonstrated how they work. Thanks you to everyone who was able to attend.

Year 3 - Diwali

Year 3 ventured outside on Monday 16th to learn about Diwali and draw pictures with chalk on the playground to celebrate the Hindu festival.

Nursery Stay and Play - Wednesday 13th October

Nursery parents attended school on Wednesday for a stay and play session. A fun time was had by all and luckily all the adults behaved! Thank you to everyone who attended this session.







Reception lunch - Tuesday 11th October

A lovely time was had by all when we invited Reception parents from Noddy class in for lunch on Tuesday. Many thanks to everyone who was able to attend and we hoped you enjoyed the lunch

Year 2 Buggy making

Year 2 have made buggies this term. They designed, created and evaluated their products and I think you will agree the end product is excellent. I know Mrs Campkin was especially impressed with how the children carefully used saws!

Key Stage 1 Harvest

Key Stage 1 took the long journey over to the Baptist Church today to celebrate harvets. Songs were sung, poems read and pictures shown. Thank you everyone who was able to attend and to Stuart Elmes for making us feel so welcome.

Roald Dahl Day

We recived a certificated from Roald Dahl's Marvellous children's charity thanking us for the amount of money raised last month. Thank you everyone for your support!

Football result - Monday 10th October

Congratulations to the football team who won 7 - 2 tonight. An improved perfromance from the last game. Onwards and upwards!

Year one reading with Year 5 - Friday 7th October

On Friday 7th October, Year 1 visited Year 5 to share their Funnybones stories. The children read beautifully and the Year 5 pupisl encouraged and listened so well. The quality of 'being supportive' was demonstrated at ots best!

Table Tennis Results - Friday 7th October

Congratulations to the boys and girls teams who played in a table tennis tournament at James Hornsby today. The boys came third and the girls came second. Excellent performance all round!
